St. Luke’s HMO Concierge CARES: Giving HMO Members A More Convenient Hospital Experience

St. Luke’s Medical Center offers a more convenient experience to its HMO partners through HMO Concierge CARES program.

This program provides HMO patients end-to-end assi­­­stance to make their hospital visits as comfortable and convenient as possible.

HMO Concierge CARES offers the following services:

 

CONCIERGE SERVICES

St. Luke’s HMO Concierge helps HMO patients with the processing of LOA (Letter of Authorization) approval for outpatient procedures, referral to medical doctors, admission approval, processing of final health insurance coverage, and scheduling of appointments with their doctors.

 

ADMISSION ASSISTANCE

HMO patients who are scheduled for inpatient procedures can request assistance in booking a hospital room from St. Luke’s HMO Concierge. This allows the patients to experience a more relaxed, direct-to-room hospital admission.

 

RESERVATION ASSISTANCE FOR NEEDED PROCEDURES

St. Luke’s HMO Concierge likewise provides assistance to HMO patients who need to schedule an outpatient procedure, such as imaging and other diagnostic tests. ­

 

EXPRESS DISCHARGE

HMO patients will be assisted by HMO Concierge to help them process hospital discharge inside the patient’s room.

 

SCHEDULING OF FOLLOW-UP CONSULTATION

To provide a more personalized care, St. Luke’s HMO Concierge assists in the scheduling of the patient’s follow-up consultation with his/her attending physician.
