Memory Service

The Memory Service is a hospital-based, outpatient, multidisciplinary service providing a range of detailed clinical assessments, management and advisory services for individuals with memory problems and dementia, including Alzheimer’s disease.

The Memory Enhancement Program (MEP) provides a full suite of Cognitive Rehabilitation Therapy for individuals with memory and cognitive difficulties. The program is managed by a multidisciplinary team of neurologiests, psychologists, nurse clinicians, an occupational therapist, speech and language pathologist, and a data manager.

Therapy is person-centered and highly involves family participation. Sessions last for 60 minutes each per week for six weeks.
